Veronica BrownVeronica Brown, Instructional Developer, Curriculum and Programming, supports curriculum and program review initiatives at both the department and Faculty level, with a focus on learning outcomes and degree level expectations. She also provides support to individual faculty members and instructional staff through consultations, teaching observations, teaching retreats, and CTE workshops.

Selected Professional Highlights

  • Helped to grow the WatPD program from 3000 to 9,000 annual course offerings
  • Undertook research on graduate students with disabilities’ use of disability-specific support and presented results at the Opportunities and New Directions Conference (2009)
  • Master of Distance Education research on the characteristics of graduate students with disabilities studying at a distance and their experience with formal disability-specific support services
